Her coaching and design practice also integrates Neuro-Linguistic Programming, which she has practiced for almost 20 years. She is a founding member of the Stone Mantel Meaningful Experiences Collaborative, and a student at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Prior to WW, Aransas was a NYC theater producer, actor and spokesperson for wellness brands, and show host of InTouch Networks radio news program. Episode #60: Releasing Judgement

Episode #60: Releasing Judgement
