A return story in which Aransas Savas talks about how she finally came to love and respect her thighs. Don’t miss her inspiring story that includes a harrowing car accident, a marathon-running 90-year-old grandmother, and qualifying for the Boston Marathon after running 19 marathons herself.

Don’t miss the segment that starts at 26:09.

Aransas Savas is a Wellness Coach and Senior Director of Service Design and Studio Experience at WW (formerly Weight Watchers International), where she has been responsible for bringing paradigm-shifting, change-activating experiences to life for over 15 years.  Aransas has a deep background in designing and coaching for change. She studied Behavior Change under leaders in the field, Dr. Gary Foster, and BJ Fogg of the Stanford Behavior Design Lab. Her coaching and design practice also integrates Neuro-Linguistic Programming, which she has practiced for almost 20 years. She is a founding member of the Stone Mantel Meaningful Experiences Collaborative, and a student at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Prior to WW, Aransas was a NYC theater producer, actor and spokesperson for wellness brands, and show host of InTouch Networks radio news program. Based in Brooklyn, she is mother to a 200-year old sourdough culture and two imaginative and creative girls; the daughter of a long line of resourceful change-makers; wife to a patient and supportive husband; and a 19-time marathoner.

Listen in and then let Aransas and I know in the comments what resonated with you the most!

 xoxo!
