Submit Your Return Story
Now it’s your turn to share your voice! And Here’s My Return Story is a new segment on the Heartwood TreeHouse Podcast. I’m looking for brave souls who want to tell a story about a return.
You see, self-mastery is all about The Return. We learn to return to the breath in a mindfulness class. We learn to return to life after stress and burnout. We learn to return to the desk after rejection and failure. We learn to return to an open heart, after it’s been broken. We learn to return to our feet after we’ve been knocked down by tragedy, chronic illness, or hardship.
My friends, self-mastery is all about the return. So if you have a story about a time when you had to return, and want to talk about it on my show, submit your story for consideration here.
